Days of Reflection
A Day of Reflection generally involves silence, time in nature, contemplative reflection and creative expression around a scriptural or seasonal theme and is under the guidance of a Spiritual Director.
The day begins at 9:30 am with chimes and a lighting of the Trinity candle, an introduction to the theme by the Director, and then extended time in silence to reflect on questions around the focus for the day. The sacred time concludes in the afternoon with some group sharing and a blessing.
